Bob has been practicing law since 1980, when he graduated with honors from Brigham Young University School of Law, where he obtained the highest score ever received in ethics and was given the Am Juris Award for Civil Procedure.
He earned his law degree while working as a special agent in law enforcement investigating organized crime, political corruption and major frauds. A member of the Arizona State Bar since 1994, Bob has concentrated on litigation in such areas as Family Law, Criminal Law, Discrimination Law, Civil Litigation, Probate and Appellate practice.

Martindale Hubble, a national company that rates lawyer in performance (AV Rated), has rated Bob as proficient in legal ability and “meets very high criteria of general ethical standards”. Bob received his license to practice law before the state and federal courts in Washington State in 1980, in Utah in 1989 and in Arizona in 1994.
Bob was admitted to practice law before the highest Court of the land, the United States Supreme Court in 1994.
He also has been granted licenses to practice before the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, California, the Federal Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver, Colorado and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. A number of Indian Tribal Courts also allow Bob to appear and practice before them as has several other State courts on an Ad Hoc basis.
Bob and his wife Lynn have 11 children; 5 sons and 6 daughters with numerous grand children and great grand child. He served his Country as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army seeing service in Vietnam and being awarded numerous military honors.
Upon graduation from college, Bob worked for the Phoenix Police Department where he was a Patrol Officer, Detective, and Sergeant before returning to law school in 1977. Bob remains active in the practice handling complex litigation and appeals along with other legal requests.

Joseph has been practicing law since 1997. A graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law, with honors. He attended Brigham Young University where he received his Bachelors Degree. Joseph is licensed to practice law before the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, California, and the Federal and State Courts in Arizona. Joseph has also appeared and practiced before various Indian Tribal Courts.
Joseph has concentrated his practice in litigation focused in Family Law, Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury and Probate. Since Joseph started practicing law, he has handled many jury trials over the years in Maricopa and Pinal County.
Joseph Collins has also assisted on cases presented before the United States Supreme Court, the Federal Appellate Court system in the 10th Circuit in Denver and the Federal Circuit in Washington D.C. with his Father C. Robert Collins.
